Enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment of patients with acute severe pancreatitis complicated with infected pancreonecrosis and retroperitoneal necrosis. We operated on 83 patients with acute severe pancreatitis. Minimal invasive procedures were performed in 1 patients: video-assisted laparoscopy, bursoomentoscopy, retroperitoneoscopy with ultrasonic cavitation of pus pocket and applied original multi-purpose drainage with titanium nickelide smart implant as well as original multi-canal retroperitoneoscope. Open surgery was performed in 42 patients. Total number of anaesthetized procedures in experimental group was 3,78 ± 0,37, while in control group the same factor was 6.31 ± 0.67 general anesthetic supports per 1 patient (р = 0.003). In experimental group we observed post-surgery complications in 29.3 ± 7.1 % cases, in control group the same factor was 73.8 ± 6.8% (р
