Efficacy of cognitive psychotherapy during pregnancy in women with loss of fetus in history based on dynamic standardized assessment of the level of depression

Based on the analysis of mental status of 72 pregnant women with fetal loss in history, assessment of the severity of depressive disorders under conditions of dynamic standardized registration of level of depression on the Hamilton Depression Scale-17, assessment of effectiveness of cognitive therapy, including relaxation techniques, work with beliefs, life guidance, cognitive maps has been carried out. Factors influencing effectiveness of psychotherapeutic techniques used in women with miscarriage problem have been revealed.
