The effectiveness of slow jogging and brisk walking

The article contains information about slow running and fast walking. The authors consider the variety of these sports. Particular attention was paid to their technique and effect on the heart rate (heart rate) of students depending on their physical condition. The authors also provide statistical data collected during the research that lasted a month. The condition of objects under study has been analyzed and pros and cons of slow walking and fast running have been allocated.
