The effectiveness of the program for the formation of health-saving competence of high school students

The content of the article is an assessment of the result of the formation of health-saving competence of high school students in the process of design and research activities during the implementation of the program "My health is in my hands". The author of the article emphasizes the importance of the formation of health-saving competence for society and the state, based on regulatory documents, as well as the requirements of state educational standards. To analyze the results of the effectiveness of the "My health is in my hands" formation program, criteria and indicators reflecting the structure and content of the health- saving competence of high school students were selected. According to each criterion and indicator, methods were selected for evaluating the results of the formation. The results of the study revealed the positive dynamics of the formation of health-saving competence of high school students in the process of design and research activities, which confirms the effectiveness of the formation program.
