Having studied the spread of respiratory diseases in cats in the conditions of Alternativa Vet LLC, it was found that bronchopneumonia occurs in 44 out of 187 animals with respiratory diseases, which is 23.5 %. It was found that kittens aged from three weeks to one and a half years of age are predominantly ill. The effect of the use of polyantibacterial therapy comes faster than when using monoantimicrobial therapy. Thus, body temperature indicators returned to normal by the 10th day of treatment, in the control group - by the 13th; the frequency of respiratory movements in the experimental kittens was 18-20 per minute, while in the control - 24-29. Nasal discharges in the experimental group stopped by the 6th day of therapy, and in the control group - by the 13 th. Cough was completely absent in the kittens of the experimental group by the 13th day, and by the 20th in the kittens of the control group. Appetite was restored in the experimental group by the 10th day of therapy, in the control group - by the 20th day of treatment. To assess the effectiveness of the therapy, the morphological status of the animals was monitored. In morphological parameters, for the first time on days of treatment, leukocytosis was observed, and in the kittens of the experimental group, the number of leukocytes was restored by the 13th day of treatment. And in animals of the control group by the 20th day. The results of the conducted studies indicate that the applied scheme in the experimental group of animals turned out to be more effective.
