The article discusses the special role of the educational problems of children, especially children “at risk” in the article the pedagogical conditions and the importance of their organizations in the implementation of the model of formation of moral guidelines in young adolescents with behavioral problems. These pedagogical conditions are not formulated in the abstract, and focus on resolving the real problem - to shape the moral guidance and nurture the habits of moral behavior.
