Efficiency of judicial process

The question of the effectiveness of the judicial process in Russia is being considered. Evaluation criteria for determining the effectiveness will be the goals and objectives of the judicial process, i.e. the extent to which the court in Russia responds to the functions assigned to it. In conclusion, it is concluded that the effectiveness of the judicial system cannot be considered separately from the system of state bodies. Criteria of efficiency are the realization of the tasks of quality and fair justice, as well as its conformity in the representation of citizens about the implementation of democratic principles.
