We have carried outpatient treatment, 28 patients with. Stage of osteoarthritis - II-III on Kallgren-Lawrence. All the patients underwent intra-articular introduction of hyaluronic acid (Durolane). Observation periods of one to three years. The analysis showed that intra-articular introduction of hyaluronic acid is effective in treatment osteoarthritis of the hip joints. Positive results obtained in 83,4% of cases.
