Environment-oriented investment project: essence and classification

The article studies the essence and features of environment-oriented investment projects. We have offered the concept of "environment-oriented investment project". Environment-oriented investment project is aimed not only at protection of the environment, but also at preserving the existing natural potential and reducing the anthropogenic load. The implementation of any environment-oriented investment project depends on the ecological status of the territory and the investment objectives associated with it. The article presents the classification of environment-oriented investment projects, which in addition to the existing approaches propose the classification criteria, considering the ecological state of the territory and the related investment objectives. We made the calculation of the level of admissibility of investment projects.
