Environmental harm: essence, proof, warning

The author notes that the legislative constructions of environmental harm do not take into account all the ways of causing it, which may lead to an erroneous interpretation of environmental harm as caused only by illegal actions. It is shown that this harm can also be caused by lawful actions. The author clarifies the algorithm for proving environmental harm to health. The correlation of environmental harm prevention with public interests is considered.
