Environmental law as a complex branch of Russian law

The article considers the essence and significance of environmental law as an integrated branch of Russian law. The prerequisites for the development of environmental law as an integrated industry are considered, the important independent branches of law that are included in it are listed, the concept of greening the entire legislation of Russia is given. The existing environmental problems are listed, the existing problems of legal regulation and protection in this area are identified, and ways to improve environmental law are proposed.
