Ecologic violation of law as the object of study in science and educational process (social and legal conditionality and the basics of methods)

The article shows social and legal aspects of importance of the problem of rational, academically proved understanding of essence and nature of ecological violation of law. The content of the notion of ecological violation of law as an integrated, consisted of many aspects social and legal category is described, and the methods of its scientific research are established. The content of the special course «Notion and Corpus Delicti of Ecological Violation of Law» is shown.
