Environmental entrepreneurship

The negative impact of entrepreneurial activity on the environment has led to the understanding by the society that a biosphere that is comfortable for a person’s life can be achieved only through a new direction of entrepreneurial activity - environmentally oriented entrepreneurial activity. The goal of the work is to analyze the issues of the genesis of legal regulation and the definition of the category of “environmental entrepreneurship”. The author defends the point of view on the difference between environmental entrepreneurship and the “traditional” one - the profit is obtained through the production of environmentally useful products or products that can, through the use of property, the sale of goods, the performance of work, the provision of services, prevent negative and provide positive effects on the environment.
