It is established that microclimatic factors of pig premises was mostly in line with appropriate standards. Under these conditions, organoleptic, biochemical, physico-chemical properties of meat and a control and experimental animals had almost identical values, which confirms the indifference of the test of essential drugs to the quality of meat carcasses and their environmental safety.
