The complex natural-economic complex of the West-Kulunda dry subarea leads to an imbalance of the diet of the ruminant animals of protein up to 60% from the norm. This fact causes significant costs in the production of livestock products. One of the ways of increase of profitability of dairy production is the use of the additives with the optimal combination of non-protein nitrogenous compounds. To optimize the assimilation of nitrogen by rumen microflora was proposed amidocarbohydrate additive. The research has shown that a fairly high level and quality of energy and carbohydrate nutrition of animals during the experiment provided a corresponding increase their productivity. The introduction in the diet of cows additive has positive impact on the qualitative composition of milk: the mass fraction of protein in milk of all groups cows increased by 0,02-0,18 abs.%, the fat content in milk increased by 0,26%
