The complex natural-economic complex of the West-Kulunda dry subarea leads to an imbalance of the diet of the ruminant animals of protein up to 60% from the norm. This fact causes significant costs in the production of livestock products. One of the ways of increase of profitability of dairy production is the use of the additives with the optimal combination of non-protein nitrogenous compounds. To optimize the assimilation of nitrogen by rumen microflora was proposed amidocarbohydrate additive.
