Researches showed that from milk of cows with genotypes of АВ and ВВ kappa-casein in comparison with analogs ( AA genotype) 0,2-0,4 kg more cheese is received. Thus, payback of 1 ruble expenses was also more on 0,17 and 0,24 rubles, than at AA genotype.
