The article argues that culture determined the nature and forms of economic decisions and behavior based on the formation of certain customs, norms and values. At the same time, culture bears the stamp of production relations and productive forces, since the psychological, legal, sociological, economic and environmental status of the individual is inextricably linked with the technique and technology of production. The development of the economy over many millennia of human existence is accompanied by changes in economic culture. To a large extent, the economy is an indicator of the culture of a particular community of people. Therefore, it is important when teaching special disciplines and disciplines of the general humanities cycle in the system of higher professional and secondary professional education to reveal positive values, customs and patterns of behavior related to economic culture. Introducing students of higher and secondary educational organizations to the concepts and categories of economic culture will contribute to their socialization and increase the level of special training.
