Economic assessment of the varietal agricultural technology effectiveness and technological solutions of grapes cultivation

The aim of the work is to justify the updating of standard and the development of new flow process charts for advanced technologies scientifically and create a system of indicators of economic assessment on their basis. The study summarizes the accumulated theoretical experience, presents a scheme that systematically reveals the entire process of the flow charts justification and development. The need to update the flow process charts is associated not only with the emergence of new varieties and technologies, but also with the society's informatization. New flow process charts should be scientifically sound and convenient for use and formalization in programming. A number of recent problems with the intensification of production requires scientific understanding and justification to formulate recommendations to the wine industry enterprises.For the first time, a model of the flow process chart in a formalized form is mathematically presented, on the basis of which an algorithm and criteria for evaluating the existing flow process charts created by the research Institute “Magarach” and other organizations were developed. As a result of applying this model and the corresponding tests for hypotheses verifying there was formed a method of evaluation of new grape varieties and its cultivation technologies, which allowed to calculate the net present value (NPV) of the cultivation economically viable for the life of the vineyard taking into account the current prices on these grapes and the additional operations required for the care of specific varieties. The information base was the data of official sources on the standards of costs for laying young vineyards, as well as the analysis of the available retail prices. In addition, data on the yield (lower bound) of the considered prospective grape varieties were used.
