Economic aspects of endovascular methods of revascularization

In paper we assessed the cost-effectiveness of different methods of revascularization (surgicaland, endovascular) in patients with atherosclerotic coronary and renal artery disease. We found significant differences in the cost of surgical and interventional surgery in patients with atherosclerotic coronary and renal artery disease. Using of simultaneous endovascular interventions may increase the economic, medical and social efficiency of treatment.
