Economic factors in theory and methodology of management of development of the socio-economic systems of entrepreneurial type

In this article suggestions of development of the management theory of the social-economic systems of entrepreneurial type are given. The methodology based on the author's principles of management's quality improvement is elaborated to solve the problems of development in conditions of uncertainty and risky conditions. This allowed to form a controlled management mechanism which is peculiar for its possibilities of imbalance minimization of the opposite objective characteristics of quality of the development management.
