Economic reserves for construction and repair road infrastructure

Motor transport infrastructure is a major factor in the development of the territory. Along with the trend of additional allocation of federal funds to correct the road situation, the subjects of the federation are seeking their internal resources. One of them is the initiative of the population at the level of the municipal road network. The difficulties of implementing these initiatives are discussed, examples of effective solution of local problems by forces and means of the population are given.
