Influence of signs of minority and juvenile of the sufferer on the construction of qualified and especially qualified compositions of crimes

One of the main activities of the State is the criminal law protection of minors and the protection of their legitimate rights and interests.The article considers the criminal law significance of signs of infancy and minority of the victim in the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation. The paper notes that these signs affect the nature and degree of public danger of a crime, differentiating responsibility and being important for the qualification of a criminal act.
