Experience economy in Russia: development trends, methodological foundations and support tools

The relevance of the research topic is dictated by the need to develop the experience economy and creation of tools for its regulation, support and development. The article describes the development of the main industries affecting the areas: tourism and hospitality, culture and art, creative industries. The commonality of the theories of the experience economy and social marketing, service marketing, service science and integrated services is revealed. The content of three groups of factors in the development of the experience economy is revealed: macroeconomic, microeconomic and individual-personal. The first group describes the factors that determine the state of the external business environment. In the second, there are factors emerging in the business environment that determine the competitiveness of companies, among which, in addition to marketing tools, collaboration technologies are described, as well as digital technologies that form ample opportunities for the emergence of unforgettable emotions, including AR, VR. The third group contains factors that determine the formation of emotional intelligence. Tools have been developed and management levels have been identified that contribute to the development of the experience economy. The approaches outlined by the authors made it possible to structure the process of developing recommendations for the development of the experience economy.
