Economic-cybernetic system of expenses in management of innovative-investment processes

The authors create the model of administrative behaviour of economic-cybernetic system of expenses at an industrial enterprise. They state the law of decreasing returns of expenses. The authors suggest the coefficients of positive and negative feedback of the economic-cybernetic system.
