Economy and legal measures to prevent corruption

The article examines the causes and essence of corruption. Measures for the prevention of corruption are considered, constituted in the legislation. Particular attention is paid to the study and analysis of 6 and Article 13.3 of the Federal Law "On Combating Corruption" N 273-FL. The importance of the formation of an intolerant attitude towards corruption in society, regular examination of regulatory legal acts and their projects, presentation of qualification requirements for citizens applying for state and municipal positions, incentive measures and clear responsibility, as well as the formation of controlling structures in society is emphasized. Discussions are made about the effectiveness of these measures. The article examines prevention measures both general and at the organizational level. Additional measures are indicated. Emphasis is placed on acmeological aspects, moral, social and economic components.
