Economic and Statistical Analysis of the Relationship Between Personnel Loyalty and Operational Indicators at the Enterprise

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the relationship between employee turnover and the number of checks in a large retail chain. The study used correlation and regression analysis methodology to analyze the data of staff turnover and number of checks for the year 2023, seasonally adjusted. The results of the study revealed the presence of a moderate negative correlation between staff turnover and the number of checks, indicating a significant impact of staff turnover on sales and hence on the operational performance of the company. The originality and contribution of the authors lie in the application of objective quantitative indicators to analyze personnel loyalty and their impact on business results, which provides a more accurate assessment of the impact of personnel policy on the efficiency of the enterprise and allows the development of more effective management strategies. The present study may be useful for enterprises seeking to optimize their personnel policy in a highly competitive environment.
