Experimental justification of hepatoprotective medicine from grass of coriander sowing

Hepatoprotective action of water extraction from grass of coriander sowing in experiences on rats with a four-chloride hepatosis and alcoholic damage of a liver is studied. As object of comparison similar extraction from corn columns with rylets is used. Comparative studying the influence of course introduction of extraction in a dose of 150 mg/kg on micromorphological picture of a liver and biochemical indicators of functional condition of a liver at rats with four-chloride and alcoholic hepatosis is carried out. Ability of water extraction from grass of coriander sowing significantly to detain development of cytolysis, cholestasis, violations of fatty and proteinaceous exchanges at damage of liver, and also antioxidant and anabolic activity of water extraction is established.
