Experimental studies of horizontal seed distributor pneumatic drills

The constructive-technological scheme of horizontal pneumatic seed distributor is shown in this article. We have identified the impact of structural and kinematic parameters of the switchgear on the uniformity of seeds distribution for sowing coulters. Experimental studies of structural and kinematic parameters of the sowing carried out in two stages. Classic experiment was conducted in the first stage. As a result it managed to identify areas of constructive-kinematic parameters under which the distribution of seeds is the same for the coulters. The use of classic experiment for this purpose, in contrast to the planned search methods justified by the fact that a certain value of air flow rate corresponds to a certain optimum size distribution uniformity. The second stage of the pilot study of horizontal pneumatic seed distributor with movable partitions is to carry out the planned experiment. For this purpose, the variation region has been allocated four factors: the airflow rate, guide flap angle, the angle of rotation of the second and fourth flaps, as well as the angle of rotation of the first and fifth flaps. The results of these studies indicate that rational modes are the following: the airflow rate V = 15 m/s; opening angle of the flap guide b = 28-32°; angle of rotation of the first and fifth flaps distributor a 1,5 = 24.5°; rotation angle of the second and fourth flaps distributor a 2,4 = 15.5°. Using the proposed seeds distributor allows to evenly distribute the seeds of various crops opener by adjusting the position of the angles of movable distribution partitions, and allows you to align the flow of seeds coming into the first chamber by opening flap - guide at a certain angle.
