В современном мире наблюдается рост использования гормонов, их аналогов и веществ с гормон-подобным действием в медицинской практике для регуляции менструального цикла, зачатия, предупреждения, поддержания и разрешения беременности. По данным официальных отчетов, за последние годы количество ежегодно проводимых циклов вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий с гормональной поддержкой возросло в стране в шесть раз. Цель обзора - обобщить современные данные о существующих моделях по изучению трансгенерационных эффектов воздействия различных доз эстрогенов и препаратов с эстрогенным эффектом в период пренатального развития на морфологию репродуктивных органов потомства в постнатальном онтогенезе. Материалами для мета-анализа данных послужили результаты соответствующих исследований отечественных и зарубежных авторов и собственные опубликованные данные. В статье обобщены современные данные, демонстрирующие трансгенерационные эффекты экспериментального воздействия различных доз эстрогенов и препаратов с эстрогенным эффектом в период пренатального развития на морфологию репродуктивных органов потомства в постнатальном онтогенезе. Обобщены данные по экспериментальным моделям трансгенерационного воздействия терапевтических, субтоксических и токсических доз эстрогеновых препаратов, вызывающих скрытые и морфологически проявляющиеся изменения в репродуктивных органах потомства.
