Extracorporeal hemocorrection in the treatment of destructive pancreatitis

Analyzed 386 patients with necrotizing pancreatitis (APACH 11-15 score RENSON >3 score.) Plasmapheresis was applied in 0.5 volume of plasma circulatsion combined with CVVH or CVVHD end UF on readings in continuous mode. Recruitment program of efferent therapy was conducted individually taking into account pathogenetic orientation process. Differential approach and pathogenetic chosen programme of extracorporeal hemocorrection possible to reduce the frequency of purulent -septic complications, shorten the stay in the intensive care unit and mortality.
