E-commerce: general characteristics and civil law regulation

The article deals with the General characteristics of e-Commerce, namely: the features of the implementation of activities in the Russian Federation, the sectors into which electronic Commerce is divided, its area of detail, as well as the features of civil law regulation in the Russian Federation. In addition, specific examples of Federal laws and other legal sources of the Russian Federation regulating the sphere of economy in question are presented.
