Electronic cash as an object of internet payments

The article analyzes the current legislation concerning electronic money. It is concluded that the legislative framework concerning electronic money is poorly developed in the Russian Federation, which leads to problems in law enforcement. The solution of these problems is possible only after amendments have been made to the legislation that has consolidated the legal status of electronic money and the relations arising from transactions with its use.
