Electronic evidence in the arbitration process

Within the framework of this article, topical issues are considered concerning the regulation of the position of electronic evidence in the modern arbitration process, their accounting, their recognition as admissible, as well as the methods and methods of their study. Also presented are the results of the analysis of judicial practice in cases, in the process of consideration of which certain types of electronic evidence were presented.
