Electronic resources in the motivation to learn a second language: an example for Kalmyk, Oirat

The possibilities of studying the Kalmyk language and the organization of language communications in it in the context of globalization and economic transformations are examined. The features of students' motivation in a remote mode without personal direct studios with native speakers are studied solely through the involvement of electronic resources. The means of formation, preservation, systematization and distribution of content in the Kalmyk language on the scale of the national and world scientific and educational space, carried out in electronic resources with sufficient ease of use and easy accessibility as an incentive to its development are shown.
