Electronic educational resource as a means of forming the competencies of the digital economy of students of secondary vocational education

Global digital transformation, the federal project “Professionality” and constantly changing requirements for graduates necessitate the creation of an effective digital educational environment. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the relevance of the development of the educational module “Digital Culture” for the development of the competencies of the digital economy, reflecting the needs of the employer in the framework of the federal project “Professionality”. The article defines the concept of “digital culture”, indicates the composition and content of the elements of an electronic educational resource based on LMS Moodle. The intermediate results of the experiment to test the developed model of pedagogical assistance to the formation of digital culture of students are presented. The necessity of modernizing the model of pedagogical assistance in the formation of a digital culture of students, reworking the competency model of college graduates and developing, starting from 2023, the educational module “Digital Culture” for mastering the competencies of the digital economy, reflecting the needs of the employer, is substantiated. In preparing the article, the following methods were used: the study of legal documentation, pedagogical design, comparison.
