Element of remuneration in the contract for the provision of intermediary services: status and prospects

The publication attempts to briefly study such an element of the contract for the provision of intermediary services as a reward to the service provider for the actions performed in favor of the customer. The positive aspects of the procedure for paying remuneration to the executor not for the actions themselves, but for their result following the results of the trial of possible disputes between the parties are disclosed. The necessity of legalization of these legal relations in civil legislation is substantiated.
