Elements of the laboratory regimen for production of microbiopreparation in form wettable powder at surface cultivation on liquid nutrient mediums of perspective bacteria strain-producer D 7-1 Bacillus subtilis from a collection of the laboratory of biomethods. Period of 15 days was determined as optimal for surface cultivation on a liquid nutrient medium of Taylon 3. Optimal ratio between volumes of culture and nutrient medium was 2.0%. Titer have been keeping at the initial level (108 KFU per g) during 12 months under permanent (+30 and - 18 °С) and variable (+24-+26 °С) temperatures, in pockets and jars, in all storage conditions for test samples of microbiopreparation. Only in variant when sample were storing under low temperature ( - 18 °С), titer lowered insignificantly up to 8.0-9.2 × 107 KFU per/g. To add antiaging agents is not reasonable to keep test samples of microbiopreparation based on a genus Bacillus with initial titer during 12 month.
