Elements of laboratory regimen for production of microbiopreparations in a form “wettable powder” based on a mixture of promising strains-producers of Penicillium and Bacillus species

The purpose of the work was to enlarge action area of micropbiopreparation. We considered a possibility to obtain mix preparation in a form “wettable powder” based on promising fungus (PK-1-3 Penicillium vermiculatum ) and bacterium (B-12 Bacillus licheniformis ) strains-producers. We determined compatibility of strains-producers from mixed microbiopreparation on agar and liquid nutrient mediums. A fungus and bacterium grown up and developed together on a neutral potato-saccharose agar, but on a specific medium for bacterium (Tailon-3) bacterium occupied the most part of medium surface and depressed a fungus-producer growth. We stated unviability of joined surface cultivation of studied strain-producers on liquid nutrient mediums, as the bacterium occupied a whole surface of nutrient medium and depressed a growth of fungus colony, even when growing on a specific for this fungus Rudakov's medium.
