Elements of the structure of the transaction as a lawful action of subjects of civil legal relations

The article presents an analysis and systematization of theoretical and legal approaches to determining the elements of the structure of such a fundamental civil law definition as a transaction. Along with the presentation of the generally accepted features of the transaction, the constituent elements of its structure are characterized, as well as on this basis, theoretical and legal clarifications of the content of the transaction definition and the legislative mechanism for their registration are proposed.
