Embryonic development of the stomach of broilers of cross "Ross-308"

In this studies, was established, that in the period from 16 to 19 days of embryonic development of the stomach of broilers of cross «Ross - 308»:It occurs definitively becoming organ wall. In the end of incubation, the stomach is clearly divided into muscular and glandular parts. The folds of the mucous membrane of the glandular stomach well formed called plica, and in muscular stomach - are underdeveloped. Numerous glands found in mucosal layer of the glandular stomach. Ventriculus gland secret proteineous substance called keratin and koilin above tunica mucosa know cuticle. The lamina muscularis- submucosa of the proventriculus was formed of two small muscle fibers layers; inner isolated muscular bands arranged in a longitudinal manner and outer band arranged in a circular manner and it was absent in ventriculus. The tunica muscularis of Proventriculus is consist of inner longitudinal layer and outer circular layer whereas in the ventriculus it a very well developed inner circular layer and outer longitudinal muscle layer. Tunica serosa consist of loose, dense connective tissue, blood vessel, nerve ganglia and outer joint with other organs and structure.
