The issue of eurobonds as a method of achieving a balanced budget of the Omsk region

The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that a stable and balanced budget of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation ensures that the state performs its functions and maintains the stability of the economy as a whole. The article examines the experience of subjects in public debt management. It has been revealed that the demand in the government bond market is not fully satisfied. Moreover, there is a demand for securities of the Omsk region, while the Ministry of Finance of the region has only one bond issue in circulation. The possibilities of the Eurobond market for the Omsk region are considered. Currently, investments in yuan are gaining more and more popularity against the background of strengthening Russian-Chinese relations. It is proposed to issue it in this currency.
