Emotionally strong-willed disoders as result of cerebrovascular remodelling in patients with arterial hypertension

74 patients with the arterial hypertension are examined, middle age of 62,0±10,4 years. Existence of signs of cerebrovascular remodeling are confirmed with ultrasonic methods of diagnostics before to trial. Research of emotionally strong-willed sphere was conducted by means of scales and questionnaires. Moderate disturbing, easy depressive and asthenic disoders since the I stage of AH with strengthening of expressiveness of depressive and asthenic frustration in the III stage are revealed. It is shown that clinical manifestations of cerebrovascular remodeling in patients with AH are associated with a disease stage.
