Emotional status and effectiveness of conductive anaesthesia on lower jaw with the patients during out-patient stomatological treatment

The conducted clinical-physiological analysis of effectiveness of conductive anaesthesia by Go - Gates and emotional intensity of aboriginal population of Yakutia on the different stages showed several peculiarities. The depth of needle introduction of checked - up people of yakut and evenk ethnical population either women or men slightly differs from the depth recommended by author. More prolonged anaesthesia effect is observed with men. At stages of stomatological treatment the changes of functional activity of sympatical and parasympatical branches of vegetative nervous system, physiological indicators were revealed which show the existence of psycho - emotional intensity with the patients.
