Empirical analysis of the relationship between the moral values of the personality of future specialists with existential motivations in interpersonal relationships

This article examines the relevance of the problem of studying the relationship between the moral values of the personality of future specialists with existential motivations in interpersonal relations. The methods used by us to conduct empirical research are described, including the “Spiritual differential” test, the method for determining the value orientations of M. Rokich, the “Test of existential motivations in interpersonal relations” method, as well as the method for studying the spiritual and moral self-awareness of a person. The base of the research is described and the characteristics of the sample of respondents are given. The author reflects the interconnection of such aspects of the personality of students, necessary for the successful professionalization of future psychologists, as spiritual and moral values, as well as terminal and instrumental values, identified on the basis of these methods and the existential motivations of the personality in interpersonal relationships. In the article, we present a correlation analysis of the presented data, including in the form of tables and figures, reflecting significant relationships. In the conclusion of the article, conclusions were drawn regarding the present study of the relationship between the moral values of the personality of future specialists and existential motivations in interpersonal relations.
