Empirical research on conflicted relationships in adolescence and methods for overcoming them

This article is dedicated to the study of conflictual relationships among adolescents aged 13 to 15 as a significant problem within the educational environment. The research conducted in a secondary school in Bishkek involved 120 students and revealed that the key causes of conflicts are value differences and insufficient emotional self-regulation. The author proposes a model for overcoming conflict, which includes training, mediation, and group reflection, successfully reducing the level of conflict by 40%. This work makes a valuable contribution to pedagogy by providing practical tools for improving interactions among adolescents and solutions adapted to the cultural characteristics of Kyrgyzstan.
