In the article are presented the long-term results of Hip replacement using a pair of ceramic-on-crosslinked polyethylene for a period of observation from 2005 to 2015.Objective The Objective is to show clinical outcomes of pair of ceramic-on-crosslinked polyethylene in the long-term period of 10 years observation. Can be a pair of ceramic-on-crosslinked polyethylene called a couple of friction choice and the gold standard in sphere of hip replacement.Materials and methods The study covers the 10 years observation period of time, patients underwent unilateral total hip replacement between 2005 and 2015.
