Endoscopic treatment of esophageal strictures anastomoses after esophagoplasty

Data of endoscopic treatment of 50 patients with stenosis esophageal anastomosis after esophagoplastic for benign diseases of the esophagus Methods anastomotic bougieurage of the string, balloon dilatation of anastomosis, and their combination were used. Using these methods of treatment allowed to complete treatment without reconstruction of anastomosis in 49 patients. In 1 patient, endoscopic therapy was effective. Reconstruction of anastomosis of ?three quarters? type was performed.
