Enkephalinasing activity as one of the reasons of the acupunctural resistance

The results of this research show that one of the reasons of the acupunctural resistance connected with a low content of endogenic opioid is a high rate activity of endopeptidase, which leads to fast inactivation of endogenic morphine-like substance. Probably, due to it, even the rise of ejection of endogenic opioids under the influence of acupunctural stimulation, is not enough to lead to full blockade of nociceptive impulsation, i.e. analgesic end-point.
