Enteroprotektivnaya treatment of intestinal dysbiosis with obstructive jaundice rifaximin and lactulose

The authors of the gas-liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry, and identified and studied the toxic metabolites of intestinal origin in 150 patients with obstructive jaundice of different genesis. The appearance of intestinal toxic metabolites in the blood serum showed a marked dysbiotic violations, and deepen theendogenous intoxication by translocation of bacteria. The role ofintestinal antibiotics - rifaximin and prebiotic - lactulose, oral use,which leads to the normalization of intestinal microflora and createsa favorable background for radical surgery.
