Ergodic properties of stochhastic dynamical systems with infinitely small noise

In the paper influence of infinitely small seldom noise on ergodic properties of stochastic dynamical systems is considered. Action of infinitely small noise with action of small noise is compared. For example, under small noise exact system can become nonergodic, but under infinitely small noise it always remains exact.
